Bread & Brew is a locally owned eatery in midtown Anchorage. They are known for their delicious twist on modern day comfort food and were voted the Best Place for a Grilled Cheese by USA Today. The restaurant features modern, yet warm interiors to support a laid-back and casual dining experience by design.
MCG worked with the family of owners to achieve their goals for the project and create a floor plan that could transition from their lunch time set up with a standing order queue, to seated service during dinner. The finishes were selected to accommodate this flexibility and allow for ease of maintenance.
